The Beach House at Manafaru sits at the most northerly tip of the Maldives, in the pristine, lagoon-ringed Haa Alifu Atoll. This Atoll is a unique location as it is not only fringed with exquisite, powder beaches, but it also has a jungle filled interior. Furthermore, only a handful of island resorts occupy it and it is totally un-polluted by the noise of passing speedboats. The Beach House also has two additional private islands that can be used for jet skiers or for intimate dinners.
The resort offers 68 elegantly designed Maldivian style villas and suites dotted around the island, located on the beach front or over the water. Each villa or suite has its own private pool, a personal butler and up-to-date technological conveniences. They all have an outdoor dining area, an open air bathroom and floor to ceiling doors.
With three different gourmet restaurants, freshly caught local seafood and Maldivian specialities share the menu with culinary treats from around the world. Meals are served in the Four Corners restaurant or a la carte on a romantic pavilion over the water, on the beach, or in the Asian speciality restaurant. Each of the resorts three bars are open all day offering a relaxing atmosphere and sustenance wherever, whenever.
There is a wealth of things to do at The Beach House, should you want to. There is a fully equipped gymnasium, tennis and badminton courts and even a Golf Simulator in the Gentleman's lounge. There are also two swimming pools and a PADI diving centre. Explore some of the local shipwrecks and vibrant coral reefs and marine life. A range of complimentary non-motorized water sports are also available. The spa, 'Shui' is surrounded by gentle white shores, tropical life and nature to create a back to nature experience. As well as a variety of pampering treatments, the spa also features a sauna and steam room.
