Veligandu Island Resort consists of 74 bungalows which are split into four categories, all are decorated in tropical decor and are modernly equipped. The island is circled by pure white sandy beaches which are perfect for sunbathing or you can swim in the crystal clear turquoise waters, the house reef is excellent for snorkelling and diving trips can also be arranged. There is a wide range of activities for you to choose from during the day. In the evening, the main restaurant offers something for everyone and often has themed buffet evenings such as Maldivian night which is a great cultural experience and an opportunity for you to sample local specialities.

Serving a variety of dishes for all tastes, a choice of German, English and local breakfast is available, lunch is always served buffet style and at dinner you can choose from the buffet or a la carte. A great place to relax and enjoy a beer or a cocktail in this spacious bar or out on the wooden deck, also serving light snacks from 4:30 pm until 6:30 pm. There is a games area next to the bar where you can play pool, table soccer or board games.
